We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our Geelong-based business, currently experiencing a period of expansion, as we commence a new expansion of our business as a result of an aquisition.

The selected individual will have the crucial role of acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting a range of products aligned to the Hospitality industry. This position entails proactively generating leads over the phone, as well as field responsibilities, such as visiting leads and fostering enduring customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote an existing brand to the Hospitality sector

  • Field Based Role visiting customers across the region.

  • Managing a sales call calendar throughout the month.

  • Proactive phone based follow ups and lead development.

  • Acquisition of new customers through cold calling.

  • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross selling

  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, ideally in an aligned industry

  • Not afraid on cold calling in person

  • Not afraid of using the phone

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and customer-focused

  • A car and valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel within the designated territory

  • Strives and thrives achieving KPI's
