About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, driving growth and building lasting relationships with retailers and key accounts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the sales team across NSW/ACT.
  • Building strong partnerships with retailers, designers, and key clients.
  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.
  • Conducting regular store visits to promote products and gather market insights.
  • Delivering engaging product training and educational sessions.
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and campaign success.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Providing accurate reporting and forecasting to the National Sales Manager.

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, ideally within flooring or a related industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to team and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
