Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing customer lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation across email and SMS channels.

This is a strategic position that requires a data-driven approach, with a focus on personalization and alignment with brand guidelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and brand tone.

A successful candidate will have proven experience in Marketing Automation / CRM and Lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in email service platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

You will also have experience with HTML and responsive email design, as well as knowledge of email deliverability best practices and key performance metrics.

Additionally, you will have familiarity with data visualization tools and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
