Assistant Store Manager Role

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and enable their team to create great experiences for our customers and drive business outcomes for the store.

The successful candidate will work with their Manager to build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team, creates future leaders and high performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in building a culture of development and high performance.
  • Embedding customer excellence and growing the business through clear direction and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying trade opportunities and finding solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in managing store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
  • Promoting the Cotton On Group Foundation and engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
