Overview

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Industrial

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of trade and industrial clients across WA
  • Develop new business opportunities with builders, installers, and contractors
  • Promote a broad range of products, including glass, aluminium systems, balustrading, and decking
  • Build strong relationships and provide technical support where needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, quotes, and sales
Qualifications
  • Well established in the Western Australian market
  • Proven experience in trade or industrial sales
  • Background in glass, aluminium, balustrading, or similar technical products preferred
  • Experience in a field-based, customer-facing role
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator equally comfortable talking with tradespeople and corporate buyers
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
