Job Title: Retail Operations Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about retail, training, and making a real impact. As a key member of our team, you will drive team engagement, enhance operational processes, and provide hands-on coaching to ensure success across multiple locations.

You will play a crucial part in identifying training opportunities, upskilling team members, and assisting with training plans to support their growth and development. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in leading by example, working closely with store teams, CSC, and Support Office.

Through regular communication, coaching, and hands-on support, you will drive continuous improvement, ensuring teams are confident and equipped to succeed.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly. They will possess general knowledge of retail products and the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the product range.

The successful candidate will also have proficiency working with numbers, reporting, and performance analysis. Experience using retail or point-of-sale (POS) systems, or the ability to learn quickly, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting regular visits to stores to provide reports that identify training and development opportunities.
  • Providing feedback on opportunities to improve store processes.
  • Facilitating coaching sessions with team members and management to enhance operational knowledge and skills.
  • Leading business changes and new initiatives, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities.
  • Monitoring and driving performance to achieve key KPIs.
  • Supporting store teams with operational tasks as required.
