The Role:

The Digital Community Engagement Specialist sits within our Marketing team. In this role, you'll oversee our voice, activities, and engagement with customers across digital channels.

You'll create and deliver engaging content which sparks conversations and helps grow our online presence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to customer conversations, identifying critical or cultural moments that are important to our customers.
  • Create engagement and discussion in online communities when it's quiet, and have a deep understanding of when it's the right time for us to join the conversation.
  • Manage handles, monitor, and engage with customers in conversation online across various platforms.
  • Assess inbound mentions and respond to customer enquiries, complaints or issues, in partnership with our Customer Success team.
  • Maintain social media calendars, project management workflows, post publishing, and analytics across platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to insert us into relevant conversations with speed and authenticity.
  • Create high-impact social content from customers and our team members, to help promote our brand.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3 years of professional experience in digital community management, with experience building and scaling online communities via a brand or agency.
  • Demonstrable expertise in creating relevant content that aligns with current trends and audience needs.
  • Ability to write and edit clearly and accurately.
  • Comfort designing simple visual assets using existing design guidelines, with support from our in-house design team.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience using digital listening and publishing tools.
