Social Media Content Creator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our communications function, you will play a vital role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities- Create, schedule and publish content across our social media platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to highlight services, events and community stories.
- Monitor channels, respond to queries, and foster positive online engagement.
- Track performance metrics and contribute insights to improve strategy.
- Support internal staff with training and guidance on social media best practice.
- Stay across emerging trends and tools to keep our digital presence fresh.
- Assist in integrating social media with other digital platforms and campaigns.

Requirements- Experience managing social media in a professional setting.
- Strong writing, visual storytelling and content planning skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.

- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive communication.
- Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media or similar.
- Current Victorian driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and police clearance.
