**Job Overview:**

The Community Engagement and Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing community and stakeholder engagement plans for Greenfield Projects. Working closely with the Strategic Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager, this position will lead the development of annual engagement plans and communication requirements to ensure effective stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish a strategic community and stakeholder engagement framework aligned with the organisation's strategic plan and Board-endorsed strategies.
  • Proactively implement annual community and stakeholder engagement plans for Greenfield projects, including Harkness, Plenty Valley, and other greenfield projects.
  • Contribute to the planning and attendance of quarterly Community Advisory Committee Meetings to ensure accurate representation of Greenfields Projects and leverage committee insights.
  • Develop high-quality content and key communications related to engagement initiatives, aligning with the defined GMCT brand strategy and tone of voice.
  • Manage digital assets and information related to Greenfields Project Engagement Priorities to ensure up-to-date accuracy.
