Digital Community Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Digital Community Specialist to join our dynamic digital community.
As a key member of our Social Media Care Team, you'll handle initial interactions and support high-risk cases across social media, voice, messaging, and email. You'll effectively adapt tone and messaging to suit diverse platforms and scenarios.
This role fosters skill-sharing, collaboration, and innovative solutions. You'll monitor, moderate, and engage with customers on various digital platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, app stores, and customer cases.
You'll also support customer inquiries through inbound and outbound channels, handling complaints and providing timely resolutions while upholding brand values to prevent escalations. Serve as ambassadors by educating audiences and handling high-visibility interactions.
Required skills include experience in high-volume customer service environments with a solid understanding of popular social media platforms. Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, supported by a portfolio of online writing samples. Effective time-management and organizational skills, capable of balancing concurrent customer inquiries and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
