Job Overview

This senior role leads CFA's digital voice and connects communities before, during and after emergencies.

The candidate will develop a social media strategy to grow and strengthen our digital channels, facilitating two-way engagement with the Victorian community and CFA members.

  • Contribute to building resilience across Victorian communities.

About You

You are a skilled communications professional with tertiary qualifications and experience in managing social media and online engagement channels. Develop strategies to shape public sentiment and create engaging digital content including video, graphics and written stories.

Able to build strong relationships to help CFA connect with Victorians effectively.
