Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and market penetration across strategic customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing comprehensive sales strategies, and executing seamless execution of new logo pursuits.

To achieve this, the Business Growth Specialist will:

  • Identify and pursue high-value targets, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive growth, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and technical expertise to customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the SaaS industry (3-5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and their applications.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
