Our business strategy in the Asia Pacific region requires a visionary leader to drive growth and expansion.

We seek an experienced Business Development Director to join our team and contribute to the development of new markets, increase market penetration, and ensure successful delivery of our products and services.

This key position involves devising and implementing plans to drive revenue growth, product delivery objectives, and strategic partnerships with international stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with our business development team to achieve ambitious targets, manage annual forecasting and budgeting, and act as a beacon figure for external stakeholders.

They will also be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts, maximizing revenue and impact potential through strategic partnerships, and managing a culturally diverse team aligned with our organization's objectives.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

Additional desirable qualifications include a Master's degree, fluency in other languages, knowledge of digital and consumer marketing, and experience in the education sector or international sales/marketing.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
