Clinical Trials Pharmacist Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management, optimize patient treatments and lead clinical trial processes within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

  1. Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
  2. Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
  3. Compounding, dispensing and managing clinical trial drugs and supplies.
  4. Liaising with various stakeholders including project management, CRO partners, and internal staff for training implementation.
  5. Implement clinical trial processes and procedures and efficiently preparing documentation to be used on clinical trials.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialized patient care.
  • Clinical trials experience highly desirable including knowledge of GMP, GCP, sterile compounding, and clean room work.
