The Pharmacist Manager role offers an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist to expand their skillset and step into a key management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and extend the scope of practice.
- Deliver high-quality services to customers and patients, including vaccinations, webster packing, and medication checks.
- Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver centralized patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team according to legislative and medication safety guidelines.
- High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
