Capability Systems Professional

The opportunity to excel in driving the optimization, adoption, and strategic use of capability platforms is available.

This role oversees the implementation, enhancement, and performance of key platforms that support employee growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end system lifecycle for key capability platforms, ensuring configuration meets business needs and drives user engagement.
  • Partner with Product Managers and BAU owners to manage platform roadmaps, upgrades, new functionality releases, and user experience enhancements.
  • Maintain and optimize additional systems supporting capability outcomes, including data security and compliance standards.
  • Curate and lead the development of learning resources to support effective use of capability platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build digital confidence and literacy across the organization through targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Provide timely and actionable insights to business leaders, supporting data-informed workforce planning and development decisions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of capability-related technology and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
