A results-driven Medical Operations Lead is required to oversee the efficient management of daily operations in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of day-to-day activities to ensure seamless functioning
- Strategic guidance and support for administrative and clinical staff, encompassing rostering, training, and performance development
- Patient appointment coordination and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Financial management, including billing, accounts, and budget planning tasks
- Maintenance of up-to-date practice policies and procedures aligned with healthcare regulations
- Implementation of initiatives to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction
- Ensure accurate data entry into electronic medical records systems
- Collaboration with external partners, including suppliers and healthcare providers
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
Requirements include:
- A minimum of six months of experience as a Medical Operations Lead in a General Practice setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in using practice management software and electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
