Medical Leadership and Physiotherapy Expert

This role is responsible for driving high-performance physiotherapy services, leading the development of injury prevention strategies and designing rehabilitation programs that enhance player health and availability.

  • Deliver exceptional physiotherapy services that meet the highest standards of quality and care.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based injury prevention strategies that minimize risk and optimize player performance.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive rehabilitation programs that promote player recovery and return-to-play readiness.
  • Make informed decisions regarding return-to-play, balancing performance readiness with athlete wellbeing.
  • Lead and mentor Lead Physiotherapists to ensure consistency in clinical governance and best-practice standards across physiotherapy services.
  • Provide strategic guidance on clinical governance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with Club Doctors, Strength and Conditioning staff, and Sports Science professionals to drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
