Job Summary:- Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
- Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
- Provide comprehensive medication management and optimize patient treatments.
- Lead clinical trial processes within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth clinical trial operations.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional pharmacist registration.
- High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
- Team-oriented and passionate about providing specialized patient care.
A mandatory requirement is proof of immunization against infectious diseases and a national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
