About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Dedalus. As a key member of our Clinical Support team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support for our established clinical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality task resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions.
  • Provide functional advice both internally and externally pertaining to Dedalus Emergency Dept and Operating Room solutions.
  • Utilize effective delegation and/or escalation to manage and resolve incidents within contracted service level timeframes and targets.
  • Assist the broader Clinical support team in all aspects of Incident and Problem management.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth and develop processes which support client engagement, improvement and support within the team.
  • Support clients through user acceptance testing as required and work in accordance with the ITIL framework to implement and follow quality processes.
  • Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hours support of incidents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in supporting clinical applications in the health sector.
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communications.
  • Providing functional and/or technical support for healthcare IT systems.
  • T/SQL or PL/SQL experience.
