Clinical Application Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Ultrasound business by providing clinical support to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to customers throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship, including pre-sale presentations and demonstrations.
- Work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver effective training on the optimal use of our equipment.
- Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
- Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered, enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the business with input on configurations, working with the Account Manager, Clinical Applications Manager, and Clinical Modality Sales Specialist to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate studies in Ultrasound with a minimum of 3 years in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.
- Experience with advanced imaging technologies or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
- The ability to travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific as required.
