Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and collaborate with our clinical modeling team to develop and implement strategies for product implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationships and Training
- Maintain and develop enduring relationships with current and potential customers
- Identify and develop opportunities where our solutions will meet customer needs
- Liaise with customer's clinical and technical staff to identify and resolve any product issues
- Cultivate opportunities to collaborate with clinicians to refine or otherwise improve the clinical utility of our solutions
- Customer Support
- Troubleshoot and support various applications and systems
- Ensure all issues are properly logged in our ticketing system and track issues through to resolution via ticketing system, within agreed time limits
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate resources, either within MediSolution or via customer infrastructure teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and fully functional after troubleshooting
- Reporting, Workflow Analysis and Process
- Work with our team to develop and implement strategies and best practices for product implementation and ongoing support
- Document, review and revise technical and clinical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals via our knowledge base
- In consultation with customers and members of our clinical modeling team, draft and review clinical requirements specification documents
- Ability to undertake regional or domestic travel
