Key Onboarding Solutions Architect Role

Are you a technical expert who excels in guiding clients through complex implementations and ensuring seamless product adoption? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Onboarding Solutions Architect, where you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our clients.

  • Lead the onboarding process for our Optimization suite, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, provide technical consultancy, and deliver training and workshops to empower clients to get the most out of our products.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Strategy Consultants, and Product teams to drive outcome-focused value and increase renewal rates.
  • Deliver white glove customer experiences by consulting directly with high-risk accounts to assess their product usage and pain points.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from small startups to large enterprises, and help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing tech stacks, guiding snippet implementation, building initial experiments, supporting integrations, and promoting adoption of our Optimization suite.
  • Designing scalable applications, reviewing customer deployment code, building PoCs, and supporting sales and product feedback.
  • Assisting with onboarding, data modeling, and training for our Optimizely Analytics solution.
  • Advising on content management best practices and content delivery through GraphQL usage based on customer framework of choice for our SaaS CMS.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience using REST APIs, GraphQL, and associated authentication mechanisms.
  • Solid understanding of Front-end libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in native mobile application development in Android or Objective-C/Swift, languages like Java, Ruby, Node, PHP, C#, React, and SQL, ETL, data modeling, and scripting skills.
  • Ability to represent complex architecture designs using different types of diagrams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills when working with both technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to be flexible in project situations.
  • Energetic, lively, and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and good organizational skills.
