Technical Implementation Specialist

To provide full-cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, installation and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics CE.
- Create a technical architecture that meets functional design requirements.
- Implement unit tests for every component or task.
- Develop required functionality and features by coding on .Net platform & Internal Framework.
- Review code to ensure it conforms to standards.
- Enhance the quality of existing code base.
- Prioritize projects according to written specifications. Teamwork is essential.
- Foster best practices while coding [.NET & Microsoft Dynamics CE].
- Design scalable code for high-performance scenarios.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, WorkFlows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
- Have good knowledge of CRM Functional Modules.
- Maintain certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly valued.
- Understand SSRS and CRM Reports.
- Analyse software requirements and produce a detailed technical specification.
- Apply proven ASP.NET programming using C# ;database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
- Show expertise in web-based technologies.
- Have development/Installation experience in an IFD environment is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
