• Assist with all things concierge, utilizing your excellent customer service skills and personality to provide a high-end experience for guests.

• Utilize your proactive and team-oriented attitude to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Possess a strong sense of knowledge and initiative to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a Hotel concierge or similar guest services role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Passionate and service-orientated approach.

• Strong time management skills.
