The Firm:
This leading law firm provides comprehensive services across major transactions, projects, and disputes. They are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join their Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Client liaison and communication
- Email and diary management
- Billing and financial administration
- Travel arrangements and logistics
- Assisting with business development activities

The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Corporate Law
- Exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Aderant software
- Proactive work ethic and ability to foster professional relationships
