The Organisation

We are currently undergoing significant growth, and we are seeking a Senior Hr Advisor or BP to come on board and continue to build on the positive culture we have created. Our HR team are warm, hardworking, and results-driven, providing support and challenge daily within this business.

The Role

This role focuses on positively influencing the business, becoming one of the go-to people within our organisation. As a generalist, you will encompass all aspects of HR, advising and coaching managers and senior stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes possible. You will be responsible for assisting with ER matters, facilitating the roll-out and training of various HR and business initiatives, coordinating performance management and succession planning programs throughout the business, and managing activities associated with workforce planning, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Influencing leaders and employees to recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and employee development.
  • Assisting with ER matters to achieve great outcomes for the employee and the business.
  • Facilitating the roll-out and training of various HR and business initiatives.
  • Coordinating performance management and succession planning programs throughout the business.
  • Managing activities associated with workforce planning, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations, organisational development, compensation, and policy initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you have been in a Senior Hr Advisor or BP role for at least 5 years. You will have a background in Professional Services ideally as well as working knowledge of Australian HR employment law. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with business presence, and you are a Business Partner who promotes a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). You are friendly, considerate, & a team player but firm when needed.

Salary Package

The estimated salary range for this position is up to $190,000 per annum, depending on experience.
