Group Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to manage accommodation group bookings and ensure seamless experiences for our clients from enquiry to departure.
About The Role:This role is responsible for managing all accommodation group booking enquiries, obtaining management-approved rates for all group quotations, handling rooming lists for Conference & Events (C&E) group blocks, preparing proposals, contracts and event orders in line with client requirements, and coordinating invoicing and follow up on payments for group bookings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all accommodation group booking enquiries
- Obtain management-approved rates for all group quotations

- Prepare proposals, contracts and event orders in line with client requirements
- Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments for group bookings
- Previous experience in group reservations or revenue coordination
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
