Group Booking Coordinator

Oscars Group is a hospitality company with over 45 venues across NSW, QLD and VIC. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to manage accommodation group bookings and ensure seamless experiences for our clients from enquiry to departure.

This full-time role will report into the Reservations Manager and see you working closely with the Revenue, Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions for group reservations.

  • Manage all accommodation group booking enquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations.
  • Obtain management-approved rates for all group quotations.
  • Handle all rooming lists for Conference & Events (C&E) group blocks.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments for group bookings.
  • Maintain effective communication with external clients to confirm details and requirements.
  • Communicate booking details and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor group booking performance and prepare reports on statistics and activity.
  • Liaise with Revenue, Sales, and Events teams to ensure alignment and maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate booking records within the property management system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in group reservations, revenue coordination etc.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management/booking systems.
