Our portfolio includes accommodation hotels, award-winning pubs and gaming venues, conference and event centres, premium restaurants, chartered vessels, and both commercial and residential developments.About the Role:We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team of Talent & Culture professionals and drive the attraction and engagement of quality applicants to the business.This is a Full-Time role and can be based at either Novotel Wollongong Northbeach in Wollongong or Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach in Brighton-le-Sands.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings and advertising to screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and candidate careCollaborate with venue managers and operational teams to understand hiring needs and secure the best talent fit for each roleWrite and post engaging job ads and create content to promote opportunities across social media, internal boards, and industry networksBuild strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experienceProvide support to the broader Talent & Culture team by streamlining processes, enhancing strategy, and ensuring best practiceNetwork with community and industry partners to source talent and grow the Oscars Group employer brandAbout You:Previous experience working in recruitment or an internal talent acquisition rolePrevious experience in the hospitality industry is highly regardedA track record of delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiencesHighly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong relationship-building and communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholdersA creative flair with the ability to write and present eye-catching job advertisements, manage Facebook and Instagram recruitment pages and develop content for other social media and internal job sharing boards to ensure high exposure of all job opportunitiesA creative flair for crafting eye-catching job ads and producing recruitment content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.Develop and distribute content for internal job sharing boards to ensure high exposure of all job opportunities within the Oscars Group networkDrive recruitment across a dynamic and expanding hospitality group with a presence in 4 different statesWork alongside a supportive team of Talent & Culture professionalsAccess to Accor hotel staff ratesFree onsite parking and a dedicated office spaceOpportunities for professional development and career growthEmployee Assistance Program for you and your immediate familyReward & recognition programsUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator?
