About The Role

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team of Talent & Culture professionals and drive the attraction and engagement of quality applicants to the business. This is a Full-Time role and can be based at either Novotel Wollongong Northbeach in Wollongong or Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach in Brighton-le-Sands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings and advertising to screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and candidate care
  • Collaborate with venue managers and operational teams to understand hiring needs and secure the best talent fit for each role
  • Write and post engaging job ads and create content to promote opportunities across social media, internal boards, and industry networks
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience
  • Provide support to the broader Talent & Culture team by streamlining processes, enhancing strategy, and ensuring best practice
  • Network with community and industry partners to source talent and grow the Oscars Group employer brand

About You
  • Previous experience working in recruitment or an internal talent acquisition role
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly regarded
  • A track record of delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders
  • A creative flair with the ability to write and present eye-catching job advertisements, manage Facebook and Instagram recruitment pages and develop content for other social media and internal job sharing boards to ensure high exposure of all job opportunities

  • Develop and distribute content for internal job sharing boards to ensure high exposure of all job opportunities within the Oscars Group network
