Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets, driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling, enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers and drive sales.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image and create an engaging shopping environment.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships. A passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also be required to have:

  • Previous customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • A strong understanding of the importance of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and expectations to achieve business objectives
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods
