Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their unique ICT needs and objectives.
  • Design and propose tailored ICT solutions, utilizing Tel5's comprehensive range of products and services to meet specific client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new clients, ensuring a strategic approach to business development.
  • Provide expert advice on NBN and other ICT products and services, helping clients understand the benefits and value of Tel5 solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts that align with client needs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with sales, billing, and support teams in the Adelaide CBD office to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ICT technologies and industry developments to provide informed advice and enhance client offerings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in ICT sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT technologies.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
