We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing ongoing support and advice to staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Ensure all employment contracts and conditions align with enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs) and other workplace regulations.
- Maintain performance records to ensure high standards of care and staff development.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly inducted and compliant with organizational policies.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to staff regarding HR-related matters, policies, and workplace conditions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of employment laws, EBAs, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
