Human Resources Generalist

Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist will provide timely and effective support to leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters, including case management, policy support, administration, and project work. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded and confident in their ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include providing HR advice and support, coaching leaders through conduct and performance processes, managing HR documentation, responding to queries via the HR shared services inbox, and assisting in delivering people initiatives such as restructures, engagement activities, and onboarding.

The successful candidate will have a vocational qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. They will also bring experience gained in a HR Advisory or Coordinator role, sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and the NES, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Requirements:
  • Vocational qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
