As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering value-added services to clients.

About the Position

The objective as the manager of the Business Consulting team will be to deliver high-quality services to improve clients' performance and help them achieve maximized business objectives.

You will possess the skills to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues to continue the growth of the annual revenue of your portfolio which will be rewarded with growth opportunities and a strong remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing long-term client relationships with a diverse group of clients
  • Providing proactive and tailored business advice
  • Exhibiting a high level of business taxation knowledge
  • Reviewing financials and tax returns for a variety of structures
  • Delivering strategic taxation advice
  • Creating financial models and conducting analysis
  • Developing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Implementing strategic business planning
  • Timely preparation and delivery of management reports
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervising a team and managing workflow effectively
  • Training junior accountants
  • Leading practice management for the team
