Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
  • At least 5 years of post-registration experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Aged Care.
  • Proven clinical leadership skills, including experience in mentoring and coaching staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents and their families.
