Lead Clinical Support Manager

The Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Clinical Support Manager to lead and support a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical guidance, driving quality and performance, report reviewing, and maintaining strong employee morale and retention.

This role forms part of the senior leadership team in Behaviour Support and reports directly to the State Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners with day-to-day service delivery
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with consultants to provide support and training
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases
  • Developing well-written management and positive behaviour support plans
  • Providing support and guidance across different environments, including homes, schools, community programs, workplaces, telehealth, and/or offices
  • Supporting staff regarding identification, authorisation, and reporting of restrictive practices
