Nurse Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to fill this challenging and rewarding role.

This position involves providing high-quality patient care, leadership, and education in the field of hepatology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in hepatology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing advice and guidance on all aspects of hepatology care
  • Develop and implement policies and guidelines for nursing practice
  • Conduct education and research activities to enhance clinical practice
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered with Authority to Practice with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Minimum five years full-time post-graduate experience in hepatology
  • Approved postgraduate qualification or evidence of working towards Masters level qualification
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of mediums
  • Understanding of the practice development framework
