We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Critical Incidents and Onsite Services team.

This role involves managing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high-quality provision and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance, risk management, and people leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Manage the clinical service delivery of CI and OWS, ensuring high-quality service provision and meeting KPIs
  • Oversee the management of RR and OWS clinical teams, supporting a culture of care, accountability, and recognition
  • Develop and maintain ongoing positive relationships with key influential decision makers at client organisations
  • Provide clear processes and engage in continuous improvement activities to maximise quality in service delivery
  • Ensure consultant compliance with clinical governance and service delivery standards
  • Lead with compassionate support and foster a culture of accountability

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor with at least five years' experience within a supervisory role working within the organisational wellbeing industry. The successful candidate will also possess:

  • At least 10 years' consulting experience, with minimum 4 years' experience in critical incident service delivery
  • Proficient in trauma-informed care and best practice service delivery
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a clinical or related field
  • Strong knowledge of emergency care service delivery models and people management within an emergency/critical incident context
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to make decisions, coordinate projects and respond reactively where required
