- Partner with tertiary institutions and specialty Nurse Educators to create postgraduate nursing courses that meet industry standards.
- Implement targeted educational strategies to enhance district-wide excellence standards, driving sustainable outcomes across the Ward/Unit/Service nursing workforce.
Ongoing Support & Development: Receive direct backing from senior executives, tailored professional development opportunities, and a structured job-share handover process.
Essential Qualifications:- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or eligibility.
- Post-registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area.
