Clinical Leadership Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide clinical leadership and support to teams in an aged care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per quality standards and policies.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical leadership and coaching to teams to ensure delivery of quality resident outcomes
  • Work in a safe manner, following policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
