As a product innovation specialist, you will lead the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our international team and contribute to shaping the future of our industry. You will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new product initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of product launches
  • Lead technical expertise and analytical rigor in project delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer and sustainability goals
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in product or industrial engineering with a strong technical foundation across plastic design, engineering and production (recycled or sustainable materials)
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, applying technical expertise and analytical rigor to deliver high-quality outcomes
