We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, where you will be responsible for driving product innovation from idea to implementation. You will design and own the end-to-end product lifecycle across our Enterprise & Strategic Customers value stream, ensuring each product is well-designed, commercially compelling, operationally feasible, and deeply valued by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing a bold product strategy aligned to our growth ambitions
- Designing and engineering innovative products using market insights, customer research, and agile product practices
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to launch, optimize, and scale offerings that are commercially viable and matter to our customers
- Championing performance, tracking product KPIs, and continuously improving delivery

- A strategic thinker with experience in energy, tech, or data-led environments
- Someone who is driven by impact, not just process
- Curiosity and customer-centricity, with a track record of building great products and teams
- Proven experience in product management, strategy, or service design
- Exposure to commercial modeling, pricing, customer segmentation, and go-to-market delivery
- Tertiary qualifications - business, engineering, or innovation preferred
