Digital Product Innovation Specialist

The Government Agency is seeking a Product Designer to play a key part in the successful delivery of significant platform upgrades, focusing on End-to-End Product Design.
- Owning the Product Roadmap and providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Designing and validating innovative solutions, working closely with stakeholders.
- Assisting with managing the day-to-day contract with the primary technology vendor.
- Participating in all agile ceremonies, providing leadership to build the team's capability in agile methodologies.
This role requires 5+ years' experience as a Product Designer in a digital environment, with demonstrated experience working in an agile team. Proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro is also required.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience across the end-to-end product design process and experience delivering successful products in a large, complex government or similar environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
