Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing design visions to life and creating production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product designs from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine designs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain sample schedules and delivery timelines, taking proactive measures to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Create technical drawings and production books to share with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in product development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Adobe cloud-based software, Excel, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and technical drawing.
  • Excellent testing knowledge and supplier prototyping management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
