Lead Business Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Elicit, capture, and document business requirements for diverse projects and functions.
- Facilitate workshops to identify risks, issues, and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to estimate project costs and identify potential savings.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Provide visibility into ongoing work, ensuring project timelines are maintained.
- Use sound judgment when dealing with unexpected or competing project priorities.
- Proven experience as a business analyst within the ICT sector with a minimum of 5 years.
- Effective communication and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience in business process improvements in complex environments and situations.
- Able to manage several competing project priorities simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach in formulating project solutions.
- Experience using design thinking methodology.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and modelling standards.
