Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Specialist to contribute to process optimization and change management.

  • The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in process improvement, change management and implementation of processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop recommendations to review and implement new business processes through technology.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the implementation of technology and optimize processes for senior leadership teams.
  • Identify and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business units and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in process improvement, change management and implementation of processes and projects.
  • Solid understanding and proven experience with IT projects / Business Intelligence implementations.
  • Demonstrated skills in using technology to improve business performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write detailed reports.
  • Great stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise with all levels.
