Strategic Business Improvement Lead

As a Senior Manager Business Analyst, you will lead a team of specialists to critically review and analyse end-to-end business processes and requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing the strategic analysis of highly complex and integrated projects to deliver optimal customer experience, developing a capability chapter that supports a continuous improvement culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
This role requires extensive experience in leading and managing a team of business analysts, proven success in engaging at all levels, and ability to adapt communication with contextual information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated currency of knowledge in business analysis
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- SAFe Agilest or equivalent accreditation highly desired
This is an ongoing permanent full-time opportunity offering a salary range of $149,739 - $173,174 p.a. base salary dependent on experience, plus 12% superannuation.
Other Information:This role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time (negotiable).
