About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Promotion Operations Officer to join our dynamic team within the financial industry, specifically focusing on CFDs (Contracts for Difference). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of promotional operations, ensuring smooth processes, and collaborating with various departments to deliver an optimal client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Promotion Review: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing promotion applications to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
  • Client Account Setup: Set up client accounts in accordance with marketing promotion requirements, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide stakeholders with expert advice on marketing promotion details and address related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Handle the organization and calculation of large amounts of data related to various marketing promotions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Organize and report data to support the marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Operational Documentation: Update and distribute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, ensuring all operational processes are clearly defined and kept up to date.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, while also proposing operational improvements where necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries is preferred.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring high-quality work outputs.
  • Learning Ability: Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently, adapting to new situations.
  • Collaboration Skills: A team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits:
